When you come to UCLA, do you see art? Photographer Daniel Chavkin did, but not where you might think. We sent this top shooter out to prowl the campus and capture whatever he wanted on his iPhone. He found chaos and order on a Spaulding Field bench; a blackboard in Schoenberg Hall that "could have been framed and hung as a piece of minimalist art"; an ancient microfilm reader in Powell Library, "alone, silent and unused," and an evocative silhouette on the steps of UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
