  • there was already a vehicle that runs using water but it is now gone.. maybe oil companies paid the investors in order not to launch their inventions.

  • i am UCLA alumni chemical engineering. i used to join the hydrogen fuel cell car in UCLA and did competition. Yes combination fuel and oxidant.they use hydrogen as a fuel and oxygen as an oxidant but you need catalysis to separate proton and electron.
